I am a freelance Transport Planner, working for major transport authorities and consultants. I have over 25 years experience of transport modelling, and I project manage the development, maintenance and updating of large scale transport models in EMME/2, EMME/3, OMNITRANS, TRIPS & CUBE, and SATURN.

I am also a freelance web developer and trainer, experienced in ASP, XML, SQL, ColdFusion, DHTML, JavaScript, HTML, Visual Studio, Dreamweaver MX and UltraDev, amongst others.

I develop Internet and Intranet site applications integrating web pages into databases and corporate legacy systems.

I train people in the use of Internet technologies, and have created a number of web development courses, supported by full notes and courseware.

As well as this I also write technical manuals, IT training courses and books.

This small site is primarily for the benefit of existing clients. Here you can view my CV's (including downloadable Word versions), and see outlines for courses that I teach. It is not intended to be a complete resource of everything I have ever done, do now, or intend to do!

Availability

I am presently working with Mott MacDonald based in their Croydon office. This does not preclude me from undertaking short assignments doing IT training or other transport planning work.

Rates are available on request - fixed fee work can also be considered under commercial terms.
